Dispatch Timings & Shipping
To maintain absolute purity (pavitrata), every Prasad package is carefully processed and packed under strict hygienic conditions. Below are the details regarding our dispatch process:
1. Dispatch Timescale
Notice: Once your Prasad order is registered and offered to Lord Mahakal by local priests at the temple premises, the box is double-sealed. Dispatch usually takes 2 to 3 days from the date of the offering to leave Ujjain.
2. Transit and Delivery Timelines
We partner with premium, reliable logistics providers (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post) to ensure fast delivery. Typical transit times once shipped are:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
- Remote Regions: 7 to 10 business days.
3. WhatsApp Coordination & Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier service, a tracking URL and tracking ID will be automatically sent to your registered WhatsApp mobile number. You can monitor the real-time journey of the blessings directly through that link.
4. Damaged Items Protection
If the outer premium wooden box or sacred contents are damaged during transit, please share a picture of the received box on our WhatsApp helpline (+91-8319950164). We will immediately coordinate the dispatch of a replacement box from Ujjain with zero extra cost.
