Seva Terms & Guidelines

Pranam. By booking a Seva (Prasad Delivery, Puja assistant Sankalp, or Kanya Bhoj Sponsorship) through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following sacred terms of this independent platform:

1. Pure Spiritual Nature

All offerings facilitated through this website are spiritual and religious services performed in Ujjain by local priests out of devotion. These do not constitute official temple transactions or official government bookings. Your dakshina / sponsorship supports the purchasing of pristine satvik ingredients, supporting local Ujjain Vedic pundits, and feeding young girls.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Important: Once a payment is completed, the funds are immediately allocated to purchase puja ingredients, set up Kanya Bhoj preparations, or procure Ujjain laddu prasad. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. No cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be entertained once the seva order is placed.

3. Seva Verification & Video Sharing

For Kanya Bhoj and custom Puja assistant flows, we document the ritual to ensure full transparency. A video showing the local Pujaris chanting your Name & Gotra during the Sankalp, or a recording of the girls receiving satvik food, will be sent directly to your registered WhatsApp mobile number once the Seva is done or in between its performance.

4. Execution Limitations

While we attempt to perform sevas on specific auspicious dates requested, local temple entry regulations, weather, or crowd conditions in Ujjain may delay performance. We reserve the right to schedule the seva within 2 to 5 days of successful order receipt.
